SHIPPING POLICY & INFORMATION
- Shipping information will be derived from Fed-Ex, via the online calculator.
- Wagman Metal Products will supply packaging weight so that the correct information can be entered into the calculator.
- The E-Commerce site will capture shipping preferences for all orders.
- Shipping costs must be calculated based on the customer zip/postal code entered on the website.
- The costs will be based on the weight of the product, and will rely on standard shipping rates from FedEx, including Ground. Standard or Priority Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.
- Shipping selections and costs will be included in the data sent to customer service.
- Orders may not ship before being confirmed next business day. Orders will generally be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If more time is needed, Wagman Metal Products cutomer Service will contact you.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped F.O.B. authorized Wagman Metal Products warehouse or other authorized locations. Additional shipping/accessorial charges may apply if address is not correct or changed, recipient is unable to unload, lift gate required, re-delivery charge, etc.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
This catalog supercedes all previous catalogs. Prices, terms, specifications and conditions are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing on customer orders, salesman orders, etc., will be resolved by the current catalog.
PENALTIES
Accounts exceeding terms will be subject to penalty.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
Damages that occur in transit must be noted by the consignee on carriers delivery receipt at time of delivery.
Shipments sent prepaid:
Wagman Metal Products will be responsible for filing damage claim.
Shipments sent collect:
Consignee will be responsible for filing damage claim.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from WAGMAN METAL PRODUCTS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
